Willemijn’s broad experience as a litigator in business disputes includes domestic and international commercial matters and matters involving professional liability of accountants, tax lawyers and attorneys. Willemijn is an expert in contract law, procedural law, private international law and liability law (in the broadest sense). Willemijn litigates cases before the civil courts and disciplinary courts.
Having started her career with DLA Piper in 2003, she switched to Blaisse in 2012, where she remained until she co-founded Lennox Litigation.
Willemijn is a member of the Dutch Procedural Law Association, the Dutch Accounting Law Association and the Dutch Corporate Litigation Association.
She is registered to practise the following principal (and secondary) areas of the law in the Netherlands Bar’s register of legal practice areas: general practice, civil law. According to the standards of the Netherlands Bar, she is required to record 10 CPD credits every year for each principal legal practice area for which she is registered.
