Sylvie primarily handles commercial civil litigation, acting for both Dutch and international clients. She has extensive experience in the fields of contract law, liability law, procedural law and corporate law. Among other things, Sylvie frequently acts for solicitors and other professionals in professional liability matters. She mainly litigates before the district courts and courts of appeal, including the Enterprise Chamber. She also has experience in arbitration.
Sylvie was admitted to the bar in 2014 and began her career at Allen & Overy. She subsequently joined the litigation team at Rutgers & Posch. Sylvie has been with our firm since Lennox Litigation was founded.
She is registered to practise the following principal (and secondary) areas of the law in the Netherlands Bar’s register of legal practice areas: general practice, civil law. According to the standards of the Netherlands Bar, she is required to record 10 CPD credits every year for each principal legal practice area for which she is registered.
