Olav is lawyer since 1996 and specialized in corporate and commercial litigation. He has decades of experience in shareholder disputes and conflicts about corporate governance, M&A-transaction claims, directors’ liability and shareholder/partnership-exits. Olav is an experienced boardroom advisor and frequently acts as a counsel in (international) arbitrations and corporate mediations.
Olav is a member of the Corporate Litigation Association and the Dutch Insolvency Lawyers Association (INSOLAD).
He is registered to practise the following principal (and secondary) areas of the law in the Netherlands Bar’s register of legal practice areas: Corporate Law. According to the standards of the Netherlands Bar, he is required to record 10 CPD credits every year for this area of law.
