Friso is an experienced litigator. He advises and represents clients in complex commercial and corporate disputes, with a particular focus on professional and directors’ liability. His practice includes disputes involving civil liability and disciplinary proceedings, commercial contracts and shareholder disputes. Friso also advises on a broad range of matters relating to contract law, corporate and company law, civil procedural law, insurance law and compliance.

According to the standards of the Netherlands Bar, he is required to record 10 CPD credits every year for each principal area of the law for which he is registered.
