Michel specializes in conducting commercial civil cases, both in a national and international context. He has extensive experience in the areas of liability law, contract law, procedural law and, in particular, issues of private international law. In addition, Michel often represents lawyers, notaries and accountants in professional liability cases.
Michel is a member of the Corporate Litigation Association and the Young Litigators Association. He started his career in 2017 at Loyens & Loeff. In 2024 he switched to Lennox Litigation.
Michel is registered to practise the following main (and sub) areas of law in the Register of Jurisdictions of the Dutch Bar Association: General Practice, Civil Law. Pursuant to this registration, he is required to obtain 10 CPD credits in each registered main area of law each calendar year according to the standards of the Dutch Bar Association.
