Friso is an experienced litigator. He specializes in professional and directors’ liability, both civil and disciplinary. In addition, Friso deals with (broader) issues in the areas of corporate and business law, procedural law, contract law, insurance law and compliance. Friso regularly publishes in professional journals and provides courses on disciplinary law and liability.
Friso began his career at Blaisse in 2009 and joined Lennox Litigation as a partner in early 2024.
Friso is a member of the Dutch Corporate Litigation Association and the Dutch Accounting Law Association.
He is registered to practise the following principal (and secondary) areas of the law in the Netherlands Bar’s register of legal practice areas: Corporate law, civil procedural law. According to the standards of the Netherlands Bar, he is required to record 10 CPD credits every year for each principal area of the law for which he is registered.
